: Breast cancer is one of the most common malignancy in Chinese women. Up to 80% patients with metastatic breast develop bone metastasis resulting local destruction and skeletal-related events such as pathological fracture spinal cord compression. Skeletal-related pose an enormous impact on patients' motor function quality life. Therefore, prevention treatment objectives metastasis, which often requires participation multidisciplinary team optimize therapeutic regimen for individual. Standard anti-tumor therapy includes chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, targeted immunotherapy, etc. Bone-modifying agents are basic after occurrence metastases addition therapy. As disease progresses, may receive radiotherapy orthopedic surgery. The purpose this expert’s consensus standardize diagnosis improve life patients.
